I recently had a 7 layer classic and durable 'hot mop' put on a 9000 sf flat roof commercial building. I wanted the investment to last and perform well over a long period of time. It can be tempting to buy a cheaper roof but the saying in the roofing industry is that if you buy a cheap roof (that's made with inferior materials) you will pay to replace it again long before a quality 'hot mop' will need replacement.
Steve's guys are just the best. They are professional, take pride in their workmanship and Royal Roofing provides its roofers with the best and longest lasting materials, grade A stuff.
It was a pleasure working with the whole Royal Roofing team, from the owner, Steve, a man of integrity who really strives to deliver a top-performing product to his customers, to the awesome roofers themselves, who transformed my filthy, ancient flat roof covered with a/c units of various vintages into a clean white wonderland of modern protection from the elements. The top floor of the building is now noticeably cooler inside thanks to the white "Cool Roof" top layer that reflects away the sun's heat.
