We recently (week of June 22 )had a new water heater and boiler(upgraded to two zone system)installed. We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with Arctic Bear,from the initial call to the office to set up an estimate proposal to meeting with Lucas and going over our wants and his thorough evaluation of what we needed and explaining the process.An installation appointment was made right at the signing of the contract and the next week the installers arrived.The installers,Shannon and Brody were professional and task oriented while on the project.Neither minded that I watched from time to time and were open to any questions I had and gave me clear and complete answers.When the project was completed,clean up was done well and a final explanation of the equipment was done.This was our second major project (the first was Central Air a few years back) and the high level of experience and professionalism has remained the same. I will continue to use Arctic Bear for any other plumbing needs that may arise.
