Ben could have not been any more patient or nice than he was with us. My wife is extremely "picky" about her car. He took time to explain what he would do, and even removed some of the scratches before we agreed to retain him. He gave us a Sunday appointment to work around our schedule, and completed all work on time. Her car looks BETTER than he originally purchased it!!
