When I went to Aspen Dental, I was very dissatisfied. They seated me, I waited for over an hour, then I was told that no one knew that I had been seated there. They had literally forgotten about me. The guy who discovered me sitting there, who had been in and out several times and I guess hadn't seen me, started panicking, left the room, and started asking people why no one knew I was back there. In addition, I witnessed another patient's xrays where you couldn't see the middle teeth, and the assistant told the dentist that the xray machine wasn't working. They asked me to bring the xrays from my other location, then told me they needed new xrays because they weren't digital, they told me to leave after they took my xrays because it was going to take a while to get the person who makes appointments in to the office. All in all, I sat for an hour and 15 minutes, took 5 minutes worth of xrays, and then left and they told me they would call me tomorrow to let me know what price my wisdom teeth were going to cost to be removed.
