Review content:
Just called on a property in which they said a waiting list for an open house was being put together on all that called to express and interest. Diana informed me that I would want to complete an application to get on that call list for the open house. She stated that the competition would be so fierce that you wouldn't stand to come out on top without the application in place. Well, the application fee is $35! So basically, they are collecting money off of each interested party up until the time they have the masses compete over a "not-so-sure thing". These practices seem unethical and a money-making scheme.
