Review content:
We have used Coakley service for the past 16 years. We paid the little extra for the small truck to come down our (long) driveway and it has been well worth it. I have never had a problem with the gentleman picking up my garbage. He has always been pleasant and doesn't leave a mess behind. I will say that the customer service could use a little improvement. It has been better the past year, but you pretty much always have to leave a message and it does take some time for them to get back to you, as others have said.
