Review content:
Normally you only hear about bad things or people that had bad experiences involved with services. I was asked by my team of movers that if they went out of their way during my move to make me happy, would I place a review on the internet about my experience and services? I feel more then obligated to take the time and write how well my move went and how sweet and polite the movers at Superior Moving were. It started with doing some research on google checking out a few moving companies. Superior was one of the ones I jotted down and called. From the time I spoke to Stacy in the office it was a pleasant experience, then the owner Anthony followed up and asked if I had received professional , courteous service from his office. I replied they were very nice and I was interested in using Superior Moving to move me from Jupiter to Boca Raton. After about a 15 minute call with Anthony, I felt very comfortable and scheduled the moving. The movers showed up about 5 minutes late but had called and advised me there was some traffic delays. I found it very professional that they let me know they would be a few minutes late. Once they arrived they got right to work and were like busy bee's moving, wrapping and taking things apart. They used care in wrapping each item and used plastic covering or wrapping on all of my sofas. They took the time to put my mattresses in plastic bags and taped them up before handling or moving them. My kids room was a big mess and they helped me organize and take down the bunk beds. On the delivery in Boca Raton, the truck had a tuff time getting into the area I was moving, and the driver was able to put it into the spot after some crafty maneuvering , definitely an experienced truck driver. The unload went perfect just like the loading and all of my items were placed in the spots intended. At completion they assembled the bunk-beds and made sure they were exactly where I wanted them. They were very polite and went out of their way thanking me for buying them pizza's and Gatorade during the move. The price was exactly what they guaranteed and the service was great, a pleasant experience throughout the whole move. I would not hesitate to use Superior Moving again.
