I don't rate anyone perfect and nobody at the bottom, there are always positive marks to be found
2.5 hrs. is a little long but I was at the end of the day and don't complain about long appointments. But it will take a few weeks to find out if the appointment was successful along with the cost. I like that the Dr. has great equipment as many don't but it all depends on if I get good results with the new glasses.
