I have lived here for almost 5 years. When I first moved here, the place was beautiful, well maintained and had a great price. I actually had to wait for a unit to open up because they were full. I now cannot wait until my lease is up. The management sucks. Ever since the manager had a stroke and his wife took over, nothing gets done. Ever. The places look like crap. The neighborhood is emptying out quickly. The upper management is very rude and not very helpful. The rules do not apply to everyone, only to those people who the manager dislikes. They take thier sweet old time responding(if they even respond at all) to any problems you may have (bugs, furnace filter, broken light, bad sprinkler, broken door, bad toilet problem, etc), but have no problem bothering you with notices to fix something they see to be a problem( like my recycling bin on my porch before 6pm). The maintenance men are fat and lazy and do nothing but ride the golf cart around all day. They do nothing. My old neighb
