I absolutely used to love the Olive Garden and would have given 5 stars a year ago, but based on service and cleanliness and wait time when asking for a reservation ad not receving one only to be asked when we get there if we had a reservation is ridiculous. The recently they have changed bread distributors so their breadsticks are now rubbery and unappetizing. The portions for lunch meals are ncredibly small. I recommend Bazil. \r

If you do complain to them though, they may give you credit back, since this happened when we received dirty plates and bad service we called and complained and they issued a $25 gift card.
