Review content:
On Friday, December 5, 2014 my wife and I visited Michael Toyota to look for a possible replacement for our beloved 1996 Avalon. We did not need the large sedan for passengers any longer and we hoped to find a dependable and safe replacement which would afford us both comfort and security while delivering improved gas mileage. We had the Toyota Avalon, Prius, Camry and Corolla in mind and were interested in what was available either new or used and in our pricing comfort zone. We met and dealt with Mr. Dan Arthur and after hearing our general preferences regarding color, options and price range he was able to show us several cars that he considered to be appropriate. He was courteous and patient. He answered all our questions. He was not ""pushy"". He made the experience pleasant. Our final choice was a used 2013 Camry, white in color and with a powered driver's front seat. The balance of the transaction, which started at about 11:30 a.m. was completed by about 3:30 p.m. Our trade-in was accepted and our desired additional considerations (recall issues resolved and an additional key/key-less entry fob) were included in the deal. Our vehicle was left with the dealership for service and we were provided with a loaner for our use until the following Wednesday. We picked up the car from Dan at about 1:30 p.m. at which time he familiarized us with all the interior features and electronics (all of which are elegant and user friendly) and he pointed out the releases and levers, etc. related to the gas refill access, trunk and hood. He showed us the trunk layout with the spare wheel and tire and the wheel jack and other tire change tools. He also showed us the releases for the folding rear seat backs. Mr. Arthur helped us (older and old-fashioned folks) by linking our cell phone via blue-tooth to the car's audio system. Before we departed he also stated that we were welcome to return to the dealership in the future for any assistance he might be able to provide related to the electronic features of the car. Mr. Arthur is a fine example of our concept of the ideal sales person. He is a great representative, knowledgeable and helpful, for his employer. If we have future vehicle needs or if asked for a recommendation we will not hesitate to return to and/or suggest consideration of the Michael Toyota dealership and all-around excellent salesman Mr. Dan Arthur.
