If you have had the opportunity to dine in at the beautifully designed Olive Garden in Olathe, KS, then you already know the excellent service and wonderful ambience you can expect...but if you have ever needed to pick up your food, it is the most upside down experience. The phone customer service agents easily lose track of who is picking up what food, and on 2 occasions, they forgot to send my ticket to the chefs. I would strongly encouraged not going the Carry Out route -- if you have the choice.
PROS: Food, Ambience, Price
CONS: Low priority placed on Carry Out orders
