These folks maintained a cheerful, pleasant, and always friendly demeanor even when we stalled in negotiations. The salesman did not interfere but respected our conversation between each other while he sat there silent. No pushing, no pressure, just information was given to us. Continually tried to accommodate our realized needs and encumbrances. Very reasonable on trade-in. I will return when our lease-to-purchase is ready in 36 months to make my decision. I will go there for all the prescribed maintenance. A family-owned place is so much better than the big dealerships!
