Ok, I've been living at the Orion at Hermosa Pointe for 2 years now, and when my wife and I went in to end our lease, not break it, mind you but give 30 days notice that we would not be renewing our lease, we were told that they had changed their 30 day notice to a 60 day notice and that because of this they were going to charge us for an extra month at the month-to-month rate which is much higher than we were paying. When we questioned this we were told "it was in your most recent lease, didnt you read it?". They have continued to be rude, contrary and downright unethical about the whole thing. So I decided that in light of the fact that I am now going to have to pay an extra months rent I should spend that time listing the problems with this apartment complex in detail.\r
