Review content:
Excellent response to initial call. Appointment was scheduled and I was given a time frame within which to expect the technician to arrive. I received a telephone call informing me where the tech was and a time when I could expect him to arrive; arrival was on time and well within the ""window"" of time I was first given. Work was done in an excellent and professional manner. I was informed before work was started about what work needed to be done and what may occur. When work was completed I was told exactly what had been done.
