If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Innovative Home Concepts. The after install service is some of the worst I have experienced. I felt as if I was treated very poorly, especially for being a female as well. Lots of run around until my boyfriend called. Keep in mind he was on deployment with the military when he called so it was not easy for him to call. That should give you a perspective of the level of frustration I was feeling during this process that I had to resort to him calling to get a response. Only after that phone call do I get a response. I really wish I could recommend them, but I can't. In my opinion, the cost savings does not outweigh the struggle I had afterwards. I would have been better off spending a little more money and going with a bigger name company.
