Review content:
All i needed was my ring to be dipped (rhodium) and cleaned. We came here, it was a place we new friends and family had purchased from, thought it would be trustworthy and good quality. After their cleaning of the ring knocked diamonds out (this ring has been cleaned by other jewelers just fine and had been cleaned just 6months prior) they didn't even notice! After bringing it up, they agreed to fix and then it happened again (3 more diamonds)! Aside from that, rudely telling us that it's our ring's fault and to never return was the last straw!! We took the ring and were leaving when the employee shouted at us, ""yeah, don't bring that back here"" in this economy when you are looking to pay good money for diamonds or gold and the holidays are around the corner and my husband buys lots of jewelry, go where you'll be treated with respect and business acumen... so go somewhere else.
