other repair companies should use universe as a model on how a business should be ran.technicians who care and stay until a problem is corrected. we had a rare problem with our return flow pipe, one where nobody had seen before. universe technicians and a supervisor all stayed till the problem was corrected. they even went as far as to call in the boilers rep. to come to the home and help with a solution.this co. goes the extra 2 miles for the consumer.having a service contract with this organization is one of the better things i've done since owning my home...
