I was called out of town on a last-minute business trip and had to find my dog a boarding kennel fast. Bensenville Animal Hospital was on the way to the airport, so I took my dog there for the duration. The exterior was a bit unkempt - overgrown, unattended parkway landscaping, litter strewn lot., a chunk of broken concrete propping the front door open. The reception was fairly clean and didn't smell that bad. I dropped off my dog with the very young person who seemed to be in charge, and hoped for the best. When I got back I dropped in to pick up my dog. The office was closed, but the dogs were all barking themselves hoarse in an outside pen in the back - and it was freezing that night! Some neighborhood kids (there are apartment buildings just a few feet away!) told me the dogs are left outside for long periods day and night. Even worse, they said some of the nearby neighbors are sick of the barking and taunt the dogs occasionally. I pounded on the doors to try to get someone to rel
