Our technicians were very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. Explained everything, showed me pictures of the water heaters and sensors. He even set up an appointment for me with the electrician so I could get the sensors tied to my electricity. You are very fortunate to have John as your lead technician. I thought they did very well. I am very glad I chose your company through Angie's list the first time and now you supply all my needs and annual checkups.
