The worst renting facility ever. Fleas and mice on the premise and landlord says that you have to deal with it.
I have no pets. 6 weeks moving into the apartment, I got flea bites. I called the office. They sent Weldon pest control, who in the next 2 months sending me to wild goose chase while I suffered from more and more bites. The "expert" blamed my new mattress for bedbug, my traveling, me having allergic reaction, but not once the possibility of flea. It turned out Weldon is Royse & Brinkmeyer's long term trusted expert on pest control. Not once the office ever followed up.
A couple of weeks later, I had mice visiting my apartment. I called Royse Brinkmeyer maintenance. I was told that pest control is tenant's responsibility.
Despite the numerous bites on me, the management insisted that their apartment has no flea problem. After 4 month battle with the flea, I am fed up and moved out and asked the landlord to reimburse me the cost of pest control. So far I haven't heard any word from them.
