Review content:
I would like to take this opportunity to submit a letter on behalf of Justin M. Smit based on our professional association over the past seven months. I was involved in a change of custody for my son for a year and half before I met Justin. I had hired Jeffery Leving’s (Fathers Rights) Firm back in April 2001. After that year and half of waiting and what seemed to be a run around, I was frustrated that my case was not going as I had expected. After seeing Justin numerous times at the courthouse, my wife and I decided to approach Justin to get another persons' perspective on our case. Justin was straight forward and honest with us during our meeting with him regarding our case. Justin knew then that he would not consider our case unless he felt we could succeed. Justin accomplished in four months what I had been waiting for almost two years. September 15, 2003, was my trial date at Wheaton Courthouse with Judge Sheen. Our trial went on for three days, which nobody anticipated, but during those difficult times, Justin was very well prepared, and ready for anything that may have arisen. On September 26, 2003, Judge Sheen ruled in my favor and my son now lives with my wife and I. Mr. Smit has demonstrated a high degree of loyalty and trust worthiness to his work and to his associates. Justin certainly is an asset to your Law Firm, his organization skills are second to none.I have and will continue to recommend Justin for any future problems that may occur in my case or any future friends or family that may be in the same legal situation.
As Christmas comes upon us I would like to thank Justin and your Firm for working hard on my case and legal knowledge all of you hold. Enjoy your Holiday Season, as I know ours will be brighter this year!!
