That about sums up my experience in my three years at Castle Point. The parking is highly problematic, with only one assigned space per tenant. Snow removal practices leave much to be desired: the plows have a tendency to fill parking spots with snow,. rather than clearing it away. The parking lots are also built in such a way as to be flood-prone, with water backing up to a foot or more.\r \r The laundry facilities are nearly always broken, and attention to called-in repairs is provided at a langorous pace at best. Maintenance takes no interest in significant structural problems (such as massive wet-rot in the bathroom). Fixtures are poor quality, appliances prone to breakage (including such things as the water heater). The exterior walls are extremely poorly insulated.\r \r There is nominally a security guard, paid to ensure that unauthorized access to the grounds does not occur.
