Review content:
I always rent cars from Enterprise. This time I received a substandard SUV. It was very loud and extremely uncomfortable. I rented the car for approximately 2 weeks and it truly was a bear to drive. When you can't find a position to be comfortable in while driving long distances it makes your life miserable. I was picking up several individuals while traveling and we were crammed in to the vehicle. I had requested a larger SUV and received a GMC Terrain, I believe the name was. This has never happened before and I hope it doesn't happen again. When you have to crank up the radio because you can't hear it over the noise from the road, you think you are driving a rust bucket versus a new vehicle. A word to the wise, ""Listen to your customers""!
