Review content:
For the $960.00 rent the apts are small. The grounds are well kept and clean. The pool is always in need of service (algae.) There are functions for the tenants to do, but not as many as there should be.There is a very serious problem with a few tenants who think they control the complex. The first week my husband and I were at the outdoor tables we were told that these people had gotten 3 people evicted and they had to get rid of the newbies. When I stated we're new here we were told oh well you're exempt. The acting manager is very nice and fair.People live in fear here because of these 3 people who think they own the complex.This place is a political nightmare. The people who cause the problems nothing happens to them, but to others who react they get the grief. There are very friendly people in the complex and it really is not a bad place we do like it here just not all the drama
