I had rented a unit from them in 2008, and I needed to leave for personal reasons back to my home state before my lease was up. I made arrangements to sell my items in my apartment to 2 leasing agents to clear up any debt that remained and I put many more items into a storage unit of another leasing agent that I was coming back for. These people stole all my things out of my unit and then said it wasn't them AND they sold my items in my storage AND NEVER even applied any of it to my balance!!! I had contacted them 2 months after I left to see what my balance was, they never returned my calls, were never in the office, and so I called one of the leasing agents personal number and she told me what happened. They also were able to rerent my unit 1.5 months later so that the balance of the lease term would be cleared also. \r
I just found out about this now being on my credit when I tried to rent a place and this all came up. I have called them and left messages and again, THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS NOR ARE THEY EVER IN THE OFFICE! \r
In short, they ripped me off then played dumb!
