Review content:
I am not happy with my experience with Picture Perfect Lawn & Landscape at all. I paid 1500 for junipers and the trees I got are not trees, they are twigs. They are not mature at all. I thought I was going to get a mature tree. I knew he was having trouble finding the kind I wanted, and I was willing to be patient to wait for the right ones. He knew I didn't want them. When he called me back I asked if he could keep looking for them. He told me he could find trees that were at least six feet tall and the ones he found were only three and very skinny. We also scheduled twice to deliver and neither time did he show up. They are not worth $100 a piece. He also didn't tell me I'd be charged for mulch, it took longer to plant than he said it would, and when he got here the bill was $1550. I paid cash, but I told him I wasn't happy. He had no comment. I went ahead and paid for them and told him that he should have deducted money off the bill. I am not satisfied or happy and this is not what I asked for. It took three weeks for him to do it, too. He gave me a lot of excuses for not delivering on time. He said he didn't have my number, he did not communicate with me about anything effectively. I could have handled the truth, what I can't handle is someone lying. I can't complete the project I wanted for my house because of this. All he really needed to do would be the right thing and take them away and make me happy, or he should have cut the price in half. I like to support local businesses and I could have used a bigger company and I probably would have gotten what I wanted. He is a dishonest man.
