Very satisfied with the service - but it seems that the liquid only works for a certain amount of time and comes back - not complaining - really but maybe you can figure it out and fix it - other customers may have same problem and you could improve that way

Thank you for taking time to write us a review I just wanted to explain why the termites come back sometimes the products we use are non repellant so they are not a contact kill they take time to take effect on the colony in Arizona they estimate that there are 5 to 10 colonies per square acre so once the product eliminates the colony we can not prevent another colony from moving in to the area and that is when you start to see evidence pop up again that does not mean the product is not working it just takes time for it to take effect again I hope this helps you and thank you again for taking time to let us know how we are doing
