DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!\r If you have pets, BEWARE they will charge you to replace your carpet regardless if you pet is an outdoor cat or an indoor cat. They charged for a broken lock that was old and had signs of rust on it. They will do anything to keep your deposit such as charging you for cleaning grout on floor tile to a shelf in the fridge that was slightly dented. also, their staff is rude. Tina Harper the business manager is very rude and refuses to listen to complaints. Only when you point out things in your lease when they decide they want to change something is when they listen. I had a dish put up on a pole like their lease agent stated and they came back 7 months later telling me to change it. Then if you move out, they refuse to do a final walkthru with you and then tell you to take pictures for piece of mind and then you are their carpet cleaning service since they want you to clean the carpets before you leave and you can only use their person.
