Review content:
The Roland Ridge apartments are in a great location - near a Light Rail stop and right off I-83. They are well maintained and laid out nicely. They don't have many amenities - no washer, dryer, or dishwasher, but that's part of the reason they're so inexpensive. The biggest issue I had with these apartments was the neighbors - not just in my building but throughout the complex. People sit outside at all hours, yelling and fighting, and smoke (cigarettes and other), which filters through all the apartments. The management company doesn't seem able (or willing) to address this effectively, so it's definitely not for you if you like a quiet environment.
