This complex is old, dirty and run down. If you like noise and constant construction you will lke it here. Brand new complex being built next door and this complex is doing construction to the buildings since it is old and falling apart in an attempt to compete. Since I moved in, it`s been one thing after another. The complex is slow to respond to maintenance requests, for my maintenance iissues average turn time has been 20 days with multiple calls, I have even been ignored with no bother of a return call. I have used emergency maintenance twice. Took 30 days to fix on the first issue and my second issue maintenance never even showed up. I had to take matters into my own hands. During the winter it will be up to you to dig your car out and salt your walkway. This complex doesnt even start maintenance until 9 am even if there is 14 inches of snow on the ground. I have fallen 3 seperate times living here due to sidewalk issues. Also be prepared to walk through mud......this place has terrible grounds....the best is around the clubhouse of course to attract new tenants. The employees hang out around the club house for their smoke breaks. The office staff is rude and uncaring. If you walk in there you can hear the loud chatter and laughin no doubt at a tenants expense. The appliances are old and units are old and dirty....not impressed. My ac unit runs constantly due to old windows....my ac unit is a rust bucket. The pictures of the grounds you see online must be from 20 years ago. There is only one tennis court net....there is grass growing on the courts and they are used for soccer....skate boarding.......dog park....bike riding and baseball without any regard to tenants vehicles. The fence is raggid and the court lights come on at 4am till noon! The hot tub is not hot most of the time so you are not getting what you are paying for. The gym is tiny. Maker sure you ask to see your unit before you sigh your lease....the old smell might make you change your mind. My car has a ton of door dings from my carless neighbors so if you value your car..........This place is one step up from section 8 and all that comes with that.
