My room-mate and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We don't know why we signed our second term!! We have had problems such as: Peeping Tom's, drug deals in our vestibule (door way entry), loud neighbors, vandalism to our house and vehicles, dirty looks and swearing from our neighbors and even Rental Office issues. We have complained about all of these items and NOTHING was done about them. I have personally called the police on one of our neighbors at least 6 times and they are still residing in the unit-supposed to be 3 strikes-you're out. I called the police for the drug deal going on and once the kids found out the police were there, they hid the drugs and got away with it, I even watched it all from my peep-hole. When we first moved in there was a young girl living there without an adult and she threw parties EVERY night. She would have parties in our shared garage and they even left cigarette burns on my wood furniture that was being stored in there. They even used our
