Review content:
This is by far the worst apartment building in which I've rented. The apartments are incredibly overpriced and nothing special. But what really makes this place hell on earth is the management company. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING - e.g., don't even think about renting the ""event space"" unless you're willing to pay a cleaning fee of several hundred dollars. And when you move out it gets even worse. And everyone in that office is a complete moron. As a result, they end up firing people frequently, only to replace them with people worse than the originals. I'm telling you, do not rent here! There are plenty of better deals in Boston.
Cons: horrible management, overpriced, very little parking
