Excellent customer service from the phone call to the technician at my door. They worked around my schedule and they have flexible hours which is very nice since most people work 5 days a week. My carpet, and 2 couches were steam cleaned by one of Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services master technicians. He was great - professional, clean-cut, wearing a freshly pressed uniform, and he knew what he was doing. I had 100% confidence in him after he did the walk-through with me before cleaning because he discussed all of the areas that I was concerned about. He was very honest and made me feel quite comfortable having him in my home. After he was finished he asked me to inspect the rooms and furniture and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I had no complaints and after he made sure I was happy then we discussed payment. I like a company that cares about its customers and wants to make sure I'm happy before asking me to pay, I really appreciated that. The carpet cleaning experience was great and I wouldn't hire anyone else but Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services now.
