My husband and I considered leasing from Bristol Club and would almost certainly have if not for the rent spike. The apartment we looked at was a reasonable price the first time, then a month later was 40% more expensive thanks to a "change" in the market value. Overall, the complex is very nice and the leasing staff is friendly; however, if you're considering living in an apartment for more than a year, be warned that prices might skyrocket when renewal time comes around.
