Review content:
Living in Treybrooke during the fall of 2010-2011, I witnessed a good management team who took care of resident concerns within a reasonable time. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. I didn't realize a change in management until mid 2012-2013, plus an influx of noise from a neighbor one floor below (howling pet almost every week)! I must say the manager known as "AJ" has been very customer-centric; professional and responsive to resident needs. HOWEVER, my wish at this moment (for my family and I need to sleep too) is for pet owners to Respect the rights of non-pet owners... please put a muzzle on your dog!
