This was the first time I worked with Renter's Warehouse Milwaukee. I went with their service initially because Andrew has been my property manager for the last two years.
Andrew is very helpful, precise in communication, and creates a really smooth experience for me. He is available by text, phone, and email. Anyways that suits you, works with him and he does exactly what is requested. He has helped put my home on the market for rent, handled leases, and all the business associated with renting. I would recommend him.
