I lived there for 3 months in a bottom apartment. We had to live in a hotel the last month there because our pothead up stairs neighbor would hotbox his apartment and it would end up doing the same to ours. I should have known when I saw repeat reports about how they show you a really nice unit then it's not even close to what you get because that is 100% true. They tell you how you will have vaulted ceilings and should you a nice kitchen and tell you the washer dryer rental place is awesome. We signed up for a 2 bed 2 bath and when we went to move in we walked into a 1bed 1bath which the girl at the office admitted was her fault. So they stored our stuff in an empty 3 bedroom and allowed us to stay in the 1bed until they got a 2bed ready. We paid 400-500 just to move there once. Their only way of paying for their mistake was to give us the dog deposit back to pay for the next move.. Which didn't even come close to covering it. So we paid to move TWO times in ONE month. When we got into the apartment it stunk like dog pee, the closets smelled weird, and the cabinets were absolutely crap. NOTHING like the model they show you. The kitchen was scratched up and the apartment was NOT cleaned when we moved in. I had to spend 3 hours scrubbing the kitchen floor just to try to get it to not be sticky and disgusting. When we finally did move out.. We get a call about how we had a dog but never paid a deposit so they're not giving us our deposit back... We had a dog. It was on the lease. They gave us the deposit back to pay for their mistake and then never put that part on the corrected lease and so ultimately they stole from us twice. With the move in and with the move out. My husband would be woken up at all hours of the night by our next door neighbor yelling at her boyfriend about how he is cheating on her and how she's pregnant. This was a highly occurrence. This is Edmond but you would never know it by how unsafe you feel you are in this complex despite having 2 police officers living in the building across from you. The bugs are terrible. And the porch above us was going to fall every day because the beam was bending from the weight. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are nice in the office but don't believe the LIES.
