I understand sometimes the flowers you order may not be available. Still it seems there would be enough courtesy to contact you and tell you that the flowers would be substituted for something else. That aside when I saw the flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary it was no where near the size of the flower arrangement I had ordered. $80 for flowers I didn't order and for an arrangement I could have picked up at Kroger for $25.
I hate to write this review but this is unacceptable. Do not advertise what you can't deliver. I advised the flower shop I would not be doing business with them anymore. I have used them several times before with no problem but this time they just did not care.
