Review content:
Beware of which doctor you see...the clinic itself is clean, the receptionists are very kind and pleasant, and a few of the vets are wonderful, but in my latest experience I was given the opportunity to work with Dr. Fahnestock. My cat has a non life threatening skin condition and instead of drawing blood, doing a skin scrape or a culture, his ""professional opinion"" was to euthanize her. This infuriated me...she is 2 and a half and as he spoke, she was rolling around playing on the table. I know my cat and she is very OCD when it comes to scratching, so we just tried to tell him she needed something to help stop the irritation and the wound would heal. Instead he suggests we put her down and then tries to sell us a $55 bag of hypo allergenic cat food. He barely even touched her and did not prescribe any medication or suggest anything that might help. I have heard that even people who work with him call him ""Dr. Death"" because he always tries to euthanize animals instead of helping them.. Because of this, I will not be returning to Eastview.
