We have lived in our Colorado Springs home for seven years without any issues, but the day came that we needed to call a plumber to check out why our sewer pipes were not draining. Yikes! When Michael arrived (early!) he was very friendly, and jumped right in to see what needed to be done. He was very communicative and never left us wondering what the zinger was going to be when he handed us the bill. He very professionally kept us aprised of the services and what they would cost, and gave us the option to say yes or no before proceeding. Most importantly, he left our home clean and with working plumbing!
