To whom it may concern,
I had been receiving this flyer in the mail for some time. I desided to call and to my surprise was able to be seen the very next day Monday, May 18, 2015 at 5:40pm after work, very convenient. After calling on a Sunday evening. I was impressed with your companies customer service at this point. I arrived on time and was taken care of by the friendly and curtious staff. After some x-rays and an initial assesment, I was told I would have my teeth cleaned and an appointment assessment would take place in a week or so. After my appointment was over I then learned my PPO insurance was not excepted, I am crushed to say the least. I am disapponited I can not continue to be seen by your office. Your company should be proud, you guys rock especially Anika, I was very impressed with her work, Thanks again:)
