I am a returning customer of Budget Transmission center. Before I went, I did my research on google and yelp. Most of the reviews were positive, and some weren't. I decided to take a chance, and I am glad that I did. They take care of me every time I go there. Every time I have a problem they seem very helpful, and willing to work on any issue to overcome the situation. They are very professional and want to checkup on their customers. They send out a holiday card to keep in touch, and seek out my feedback- which shows that they have good customer engagement, which I like. The one thing I would point out is that they are very strong on the mechanical side, but they could use some help on their electrical work, especially with air conditioning units. But I will keep going back for their service, professional attitude, fair prices, and quality work.
