Review content:
I used C. Coakley Relocation Systems for a cross-country move, so there were two parts to the experience: the pickup and the delivery. The pickup went fine, so that part was maybe four or five stars. The delivery part was where it broke down. We were expecting the delivery on the 14th, but they called that Monday and said they could drop it off in a couple of hours.
The original driver had left the company, so they had to bring in another driver to complete the delivery. The company didn't even know what had happened to the first driver. The new driver didn't know what was going on. He unloaded the items by himself, and didn't go through and check the items off the list. We ended up not receiving our 52-inch plasma TV. My stuff was on a truck with two other clients' stuff, so maybe they put it in a different compartment and the new driver didn't know. C. Coakley Relocation Systems has filed a claim for us for the TV, but no resolution yet (they just filed it, and I think it takes about ten days.) I have a hard time recommending them for a cross-country move; maybe a local move would be different, but if your stuff will be sitting in a truck for two weeks, I don't recommend it.
