Mike was very impressive. He quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. We followed all his recommendations because he obviously was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleanly, demonstrated what he had accomplished, and made sure we were fully instructed in using the new installations. We have every confidence in his work. Not only was he very professional, helpful, and considerate, he also is a very pleasant person and it was a delight to have in our home. We can thoroughly recommend Mike without reservation.
