Mr. Bryan is exceptional in his service, expertise and time. My wife's emerald had fallen out of her ring setting and was, unfortunately, unable to be found. After some careful searching on the internet for a local gem cutter I found Bob Bryan. Sent him the ring and an uncut garnet that had been found here in Georgia a few years ago. After receiving the items Bob called me to let me know the garnet could not be cut due to excessive inclusions in the stone and offered me another garnet at a great deal. Moving forward was well worth it. The ring, carefully wrapped, was received today and my wife and I were amazed at the beauty of the stone. Would definitely recommend Bob to anyone who needs a stone or one cut. The uncut garnet of mine will go back into the bag of gemstones here at the house. Thanks Bob!
