Review content:
I searched long and hard for a wireless company that would best meet my needs for the best price. Cingular has several good plans including family and rollover and unlimited nights and weekends. I am also able to travel anywhere in the US and there is no roaming. I am however frustrated that Cingular will do more for new customers than they will for good existing customers. It costs existing customers twice as much to upgrade their phones, and trying to get some help at a Cingular location is next to impossible.
