Review content:
They make you pay at least 3 times what the car is worth. If you ask them why, they say it's because of the warranty. Turns out, nothing but a blown motor is covered. EVERYTHING else is out of pocket. There are limits the blown motor too! So far I've payed over 2k in out of pocket. And this is on top of the 450 dollar a month car payment. The worst part is they forced me into a car I hated because they knew I needed one badly. They drove a car from around the back side of the lot and told me it was the only one I qualified for that would keep my payments under 500 a month. Where did this get this peace of junk from?! Do yourself a big service and don't ever buy a car here. In the long run its better to just go to a normal buy here pay here and spend 200 a month and have money for your own out of pocket repairs. What smart auto does is called financial RAPE! My car is currently in for more repairs and they have been working on it for almost 2 weeks now. They still want the payment and now they want more out of pocket. I haven't seen my car in 2 weeks. Also, EVERYONE is rude! EVERYONE!!!
