We were promised by the salesperson that our stuff will arrive safely and he re-emphasized that the doors for my beautiful brand new stainless steel fridge will be takes off so that it doesn?t get scratched. He also stated that when accidents do happen which we understand that they do, that he has people he knows who can fix things so that his customers are satisfied. Unfortunately we believed him. My fridge was literally squeezed through the door to my old house. The doors were not taken off and all three doors were horribly scratches and dented. We called the company and were given the run around for 6 weeks now with no changes at all, no one to fix it or even look at it. In addition, my pedestal was not packed well which we were promised that everything that fragile will be crated so they assure that it doesn?t break, none of that happened. Things were shoved in boxes with paper around it. Of course not sufficient to cushion a very fragile pedestal, it was in pieces when they
