This was the primary hospice recommended by the nursing home of my loved family member. Only after agreeing did we find out that the medical director of nursing home also medical director for hospice. The bed did not arrive the day it was needed. Transfer from hospital back to nursing home on hospice was complicated by medicines being ordered via the wrong route (she couldn't swallow). Family had to run to local pharmacy while patient was hallucinating and in pain as meds were not ordered properly or there on arrival. Overall a very difficult and disappointing experience. I can not recommend this hospice. They seem to miss the big picture for all the details of promised perks such as harp player etc. They did not have basics such as bed and medicines when needed.
